Momos are a celebrated dish in Tibetan Culture. They resemble dumplings to a certain degree, but have unique taste and flavour that are particular to Tibetan way of life. These momos are made with as much local and organic produce as possible. The wrapping is a made from a mix of whole grain and spelt flour.
